About the Role
MUTE seeks a Client Services Representative to be the first point of contact for inquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotations, and close standard product orders. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in client-facing or inside sales roles, strong communication skills, and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
- Respond promptly to all incoming enquiries and filter leads from online, offline, referrals, and existing clients
- Understand client type, project size, urgency, and technical complexity, and route accordingly
- Prepare quotations for standard products
- Negotiate within approved pricing limits and independently close standard deals
- Hand off larger or technically complex opportunities to the Technical Sales & Projects team with full context
- Coordinate with the Design and Technical teams when clarification is required
- Follow up with clients for approvals and payments
- Maintain accurate lead and enquiry records in the CRM/tracker
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a client facing, inside sales, or coordination role — ideally in interiors, fit out, furniture, or building materials
- Strong, responsive communication in English (Arabic a plus)
- Well organised, with the discipline to keep records and follow ups current
- Comfortable preparing standard quotations and closing straightforward deals
- Familiarity with a CRM or lead tracker

About the Role
- You'll be the first point of contact for everyone who reaches out to MUTE.
- This role is about capturing enquiries quickly, qualifying them, and either closing standard product orders yourself or handing well scoped leads to our projects team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.

- AED 3000 4500 / month (based on experience)
