WE’RE HIRING \| Interior Architect / Designer (Fit-Out & Acoustics)
Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000
Mute is an acoustics company focused on improving interior environments both visually and acoustically.
We create acoustic solutions that reduce stress, improve productivity, and transform spaces into comfortable sound environments.
We are looking for an Interior Architect / Designer with fit-out experience to join our growing team and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
As part of our team, you will work closely with the founders and design team on acoustic interior solutions, client projects, product applications, and technical design development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare design proposals and acoustic architectural solutions
- Create detailed CAD drawings and technical documentation
- Develop interior fit-out and acoustic design concepts
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and compliance
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and quotations
- Support the sales team with technical and design inputs
- Present and explain design concepts, layouts, and applications to clients
- Revise drawings/designs based on feedback and maintain version control
- Coordinate internally between design, sales, and execution teams
- Participate in site visits, measurements, and project discussions
- Assist in resolving site-level design challenges
- Take ownership of projects from design stage to handover
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out/design industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and documentation processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino3D, or similar 3D modeling software
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
- Experience in acoustics is a plus
- Strong presentation, coordination, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- UAE driving license is a must
- We are looking for someone creative, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
