Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain the reception area
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and following up with customers
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports and maintain proper filing of documents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Perform general administrative and front office duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or Receptionist
- Mandatory experience in manufacturing of trailers, truck bodies, and transport equipment
- Strong knowledge of customer handling and sales coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer oriented attitude

Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations while supporting sales activities and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Candidates must have prior experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in trailers, truck bodies, and transport equipment, with a good understanding of customer requirements and industry terminology.
Key Responsibilities
