- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Maintain regular follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare and issue interview invitations, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Update and maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in consultancy or manpower recruitment is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques and interview processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, GulfTalent
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under pressure

Job Summary
- Asian Services International FZE is looking for a dynamic and results oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates across various industries, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
