- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote the company's manpower supply and recruitment services to prospective clients
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand manpower requirements and business needs
- Prepare and deliver professional company presentations and service proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
- Maintain regular follow up with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
- Experience in manpower supply, recruitment, staffing, or HR consultancy industry highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Summary
- Asian Services International FZE is seeking a motivated and results driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our manpower supply and recruitment services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 per month (based on experience)
