About the Role
OnTime HealthCare Services is looking for a Sales Coordinator/Telesales professional to support the sales team by arranging appointments, handling orders, and ensuring smooth communication.

Responsibilities
- Help the sales team improve productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high quality, up to date support material
- Oversee urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events
- Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
- Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
