Key Responsibilities

  • Client Coordination & Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned marketing clients; understand client requirements, branding guidelines, and marketing goals; collect content requirements and approvals from clients; share updates, reports, and campaign progress with clients;
  • Coordination with Marketing Team (India): Coordinate daily/weekly tasks with the external marketing team; share approved content, captions, creatives, and posting instructions; ensure timely scheduling and publishing of posts and campaigns; follow up on pending tasks, revisions, and updates; maintai
  • Social Media & Content Management Oversight: Monitor content calendars prepared by the marketing team; ensure posts are aligned with client branding and healthcare compliance; review content before client submission and publishing (quality check); ensure consistency across platforms such as Instagra
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with the execution team; ensure campaign briefs are correctly shared and implemented; track campaign progress and request optimization updates from the marketing team; share performance updates with clients in a
  • Reporting & Performance Updates: Collect monthly performance reports from the marketing team; present client ready reports including engagement, reach, and lead generation; maintain records of all campaigns and client feedback; highlight issues or improvements to management and execution teams.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams for onboarding new clients; ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the marketing execution team; support preparation of marketing proposals and service presentations.
