- Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision makers
- Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings to acquire new clients
- Present the company's recruitment solutions and service offerings to prospective clients
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment contracts
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all opportunities in the CRM
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets
Requirements

- Knowledge of recruitment processes and staffing industry
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or HR services
- CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
