Position Overview

  • Business Development / Sales Executive Recruitment Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision makers.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings to acquire new clients.
  • Present the company's recruitment solutions and service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment contracts.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Follow up with clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all opportunities in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross selling additional HR and recruitment services.

Requirements

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and staffing industry.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or HR services.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self motivated with a target driven mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
