Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales records, reports, client registry, etc.
- Manage phone calls, handle client inquiries, and build strong relationships
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments
- Process sales orders and coordinate with courier for accurate and timely delivery
- Generate sales reports to monitor performance
- Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and follow up activities
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Support or Coordination
- Fluent in English and Tagalog (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
- Highly organized with good time management and problem solving skills
- Effective at teamwork and collaboration
- Currently in the UAE and available to start immediately

- We are looking for a skilled Sales Support Coordinator to drive sales growth in the UAE market and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
Job Responsibilities
