Role overview
Ewaa Hotels Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator.
The role supports hotel sales administration, client coordination, bookings, events, and corporate accounts.
Job responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Coordinate with clients and follow up on sales inquiries and requests.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, meetings, events, and corporate accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of clients and sales activities.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Events, and other hotel departments.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending business opportunities.
- Assist the Sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality is preferred.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- At least one year of hotel experience is required.
