Job Vacancy – Banquet Hall Manager
Ewaa Hotels Group is looking for an experienced Banquet Hall Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the banquet and event hall.
- Plan and coordinate weddings, conferences, meetings, and other events.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Coordinate closely with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Supervise, train, and manage banquet staff.
- Monitor event setup, service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer requirements and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Banquet Manager, Banquet Hall Manager, F&B Manager, or similar role.
- Strong experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Previous experience working in the hotel/hospitality sector is required.
- Experience in managing events, banquets, weddings, and large functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
