Job Purpose
Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations across the hotel.
Ensure high-quality service, guest satisfaction, food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel standards and operating procedures.
Daily Operations
- Supervise restaurants, cafés, room service, and banquet functions as applicable.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Ensure outlets and banquet areas are prepared before service.
- Monitor service quality and staff performance during peak periods.
- Conduct daily opening, closing, and shift handover procedures.
Service and Controls
- Handle guest complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
- Monitor food, beverage, presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages of supplies and equipment.
- Control waste, breakage, and unnecessary consumption.
- Ensure orders, billing, and transactions are processed accurately.
People and Coordination
- Train and coach employees on service standards and operational procedures.
