Role Overview
Coordinate day-to-day sales support and stock operations.
Act as a link between clients, sales representatives, and the warehouse team.
Process orders smoothly while maintaining sufficient inventory for client requests.
Sales Support and Order Coordination
- Process daily client orders and updates accurately in the database.
- Update customers and sales representatives on shipping timelines, order status, and tracking information.
- Generate invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists for the warehouse team.
- Assist with minor complaints about delays, short shipments, or incorrect items.
Inventory and Stock Management
- Track daily stock levels and reconcile warehouse inventory with digital records.
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical stock checks with warehouse staff.
- Flag low-stock items so purchase orders can be raised before items run out.
- Apply FIFO or FEFO stock rotation rules to outgoing shipments.
- Log damaged or returned goods and assist with returns processing.
