Job Summary
The Junior HSE Officer implements and enforces health, safety, and environmental requirements across company project sites.
The role serves as the primary on-site QHSE representative and ensures compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
Mandatory Requirements
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
- A minimum of four years of hands-on field HSE experience is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- Strong technical writing skills for reports are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
Site Inspection and Enforcement
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and document findings using standardized checklists.
- Enforce proper PPE usage among personnel and safety compliance for subcontractors.
- Issue Safety Observation Reports, Violation Notices, and non-conformance reports.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Verify Permit to Work compliance before high-risk tasks and confirm validity for hot work.
