Job Overview

Project Coordination and Execution

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities from mobilization through handover.
• Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Site and Construction Management

• Supervise structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works on site.
• Monitor compliance with method statements and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during construction.

Authority and Compliance

• Coordinate inspections and approvals with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, ADDC, Trakhees, DDA, and other authorities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, project specifications, and contractual requirements.

Cost, Quality, Safety, and Reporting

• Assist with BOQs, variation orders, subcontractor progress, payment applications, and cost control.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and HSE standards on site.
• Identify construction risks and promote a safe working environment.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation, RFIs, inspections, and material approvals.
• Coordinate technical meetings and follow up on action items.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Approved by Dubai Municipality.
• At least 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction.
• Experience on G+20 and above residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority approvals, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
