Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure understanding of business strategy and Anantara brand positioning.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on Anantara products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Understand account base priority to direct personal efforts.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide proactive follow up.
- Maintain working knowledge of IT support tools including CRM, Opera, and Microsoft Office.
- Establish, maintain, and update client databases and CRM records.
- Maintain accurate management status reporting on sales activities and results.
- Process paperwork including proposals, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of group, MICE, and event bookings.
- Coordinate and participate in client familiarization trips and sales activities.
- Support development of new client contacts and maintain existing relationships.
- Drive opportunities to upsell and cross sell Anantara products.
