- Prepare and process customer courier orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes accurately
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries regarding rates, shipment status, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with operational teams and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Maintain up to date client records, tracking logs, and sales reports in CRM system
- Assist sales executives with documentation, reporting, and follow ups to achieve targets
- Manage customer complaints, delayed deliveries, and operational issues to maintain client satisfaction
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- Minimum 1 year work experience as sales coordinator in UAE
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Energetic, alert and highly motivated

Overview
- We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with maintaining efficient coordination between team, departments and customers.
Requirements

- Knowledge of any other language is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Documentation: Prepare and process customer courier orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes accurately
- Client Communication & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries regarding rates, shipment status, and delivery schedules
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with operational teams, and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments
- CRM & Database Management: Maintain up to date client records, tracking logs, and sales reports in the CRM system
- Sales Team Support: Assist sales executives with documentation, reporting, and follow ups to help achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Problem Solving: Efficiently manage customer complaints, delayed deliveries, and operational issues to maintain client satisfaction
Pay
- AED 2,750.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
