- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, quotations, pricing requests, and order status updates
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders
- Maintain regular communication with customers to improve satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries
- Handle quotations and coordination for a minimum of 100 SKUs
- Monitor customer ageing reports and outstanding balances on a daily basis
- Contact customers before invoices become overdue to ensure timely payment
- Follow up consistently through calls, emails, and meetings regarding overdue invoices
- Coordinate with customer finance departments to resolve payment delays
- Reconcile customer statements and investigate invoice disputes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination and Accounts Receivable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Tally, Zoho, and other accounting software
- Experience handling quotations and coordination for 100+ SKUs
- Industrial selling experience is mandatory
- Strong organizational, coordination, negotiation, and follow up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Sales Coordinator & Accounts Receivable (Key Accounts) professional to manage key customer relationships while ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and follow up skills, with experience in industrial product sales and handling a large portfolio of SKUs.
Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination & Key Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, quotations, pricing requests, and order status updates.
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Handle quotations and coordination for a minimum of 100 SKUs.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable
- Monitor customer ageing reports and outstanding balances on a daily basis.
- Contact customers before invoices become overdue to ensure timely payment.
- Follow up consistently through calls, emails, and meetings regarding overdue invoices.
- Coordinate with customer finance departments to resolve payment delays.
- Reconcile customer statements and investigate invoice disputes.
- Obtain payment confirmations and expected payment dates.
- Escalate long overdue accounts to management with recommended action plans.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment follow ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination and Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in regularly interacting with customers.
- Experience using Tally, Zoho, and other accounting software.
- Experience handling quotations and coordination for 100+ SKUs.
- Industrial selling experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience only in Retail Sales, Service Sales, or Software Sales will not be considered.
- Strong organizational, coordination, negotiation, and follow up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 per month
