Responsibilities
- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and additional services
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
- Present memberships and offers in a professional and confident manner
- Explain clearly the value of services and coaching team
- Handle price objections and guide clients toward the most suitable membership option
- Contact all new leads from social media, website, and walk ins promptly
- Conduct proper needs analysis to understand client goals
- Maintain consistent follow ups with potential clients until conversion
- Update lead status and notes in the CRM system
- Maintain strong relationships with members to support retention and renewals
- Contact members whose memberships are about to expire and offer renewal options
- Process membership registrations and payments accurately
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or similar role (fitness industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident in handling leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face to face consultations
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Well groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible to work shifts
- Passion for fitness, health, and delivering outstanding customer service

Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED10,000.00 per month.
