- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and additional services
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
- Present memberships and offers in a professional and confident manner
- Explain clearly the value of Fitness Terminal facilities, services, and coaching team
- Handle price objections and guide clients toward the most suitable membership option
- Contact all new leads from social media, website, and walk ins promptly
- Conduct proper needs analysis to understand client goals (weight loss, fitness, health, etc.)
- Maintain consistent follow ups with potential clients until conversion
- Update lead status and notes in the CRM system
- Maintain strong relationships with members to support retention and renewals
- Contact members whose memberships are about to expire and offer renewal options
- Ensure members feel welcomed, supported, and motivated during their fitness journey
