1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and additional services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Present memberships and offers in a professional and confident manner.
- Explain clearly the value of Fitness Terminal facilities, services, and coaching team.
- Handle price objections and guide clients toward the most suitable membership option.
2. Lead Management & Follow-up
- Contact all new leads from social media, website, and walk-ins promptly.
- Conduct proper needs analysis to understand client goals (weight loss, fitness, health, etc.).
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients until conversion.
- Update lead status and notes in the CRM system.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with members to support retention and renewals.
- Contact members whose memberships are about to expire and offer renewal options.
- Ensure members feel welcomed, supported, and motivated during their fitness journey.
4. Administrative Duties
- Process membership registrations and payments accurately.
- Maintain organized records of clients and memberships.
- Submit daily sales reports and updates to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
