- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training programs, and fitness packages to prospective clients
- Generate new business opportunities through walk ins, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities
- Conduct consultations with potential members and present suitable membership options based on their fitness goals
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, memberships, and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and club events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Previous experience in gym membership, fitness, or wellness sales is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer facing environment
- Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
