- Generate new membership sales through walk ins, referrals, outbound calls, social media inquiries, and lead generation activities
- Conduct professional club tours and present membership packages, facilities, and services
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active members
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Promote memberships, personal training packages, and additional club services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospects
- Manage membership renewals and support retention initiatives
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community engagement activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and member support
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven gym membership sales experience
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness club, health club, or sports facility
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
