- Assist in the successful pre opening of the cafe, including operational setup, staff recruitment, SOP implementation, vendor coordination, and training
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and overall revenue
- Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant team while maintaining high performance and service standards
- Monitor inventory, food costs, wastage, and operating expenses to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports, analyze sales performance, and recommend business improvement initiatives
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve operational issues promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in restaurant management
- Mandatory experience in a healthy food restaurant, health cafe concept
- Proven experience in restaurant pre opening
- Demonstrated ability to increase restaurant revenue
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, food safety, and cost management

Salary
- AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month (Based on Experience)
