- Plan, organize, and execute fitness events, workshops, challenges, and member engagement activities
- Coordinate with trainers, management, vendors, sponsors, and external partners
- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and on site operations
- Oversee venue setup, branding, equipment, and event execution
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across digital and offline channels
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Prepare post event reports and evaluate event success
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations
- Develop innovative event concepts to increase memberships and member retention
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, preferably within the fitness industry
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- UAE experience is an advantage

Job Overview
- We are looking for a creative and highly organized Fitness Event Planner with experience in the fitness industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing engaging fitness events, member activities, corporate wellness programs, competitions, and promotional campaigns.
