- Actively sell new cars, accessories, and associated warranty, finance, and insurance products.
- Follow all steps of the sales process: prospecting, meeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, closure, delivery, and post sales follow up.
- Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while maximizing profit.
- Maintain and increase existing customer base through follow up and relationship building.
- Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer details.
- Provide a personalized and tailored sales experience to each customer.
Requirements
- Ability to meet sales targets and maximize profit from each transaction.
- Strong customer service skills to achieve SSI targets.
- Knowledge of sales process: prospecting, meeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, closure, delivery, and post sales follow up.
- Ability to assist customers with finance and insurance products.
- Excellent time management and follow up skills.

Responsibilities
- Actively selling products of the department meeting targets for the sale of vehicles, accessories and associated warranty, finance and insurance products.
- Ensure Sales Consultant meets the SSI commitment set by the management.
- Follow all steps of sales process: prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery and post sales follow up.
- Ensure documentation is as per company policy.
- Liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process.
- Report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
- Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while maximizing profit gained from each transaction.
- Close maximum opportunities while maintaining and increasing existing customer base.
- Assist customers with finance and insurance products as per customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers on timely basis.
- Participate in sales meetings.
- Meet customer expectations.
