Responsibilities
- Source parts & consumables at better price and maintain profitable margin
- Maintain accurate stock levels by promptly issuing items on job cards
- Maintain 5S in parts department
- Perform monthly cycle count and keep accurate stock levels
- Provide parts estimation to workshop (SA/Foreman) in minimum TAT
- Supply parts to technician in minimum TAT
- Verify parts bills and ensure only genuine parts are received in stock
- Negotiate best price from supplier and maintain healthy relationship with all stakeholders
- Coordinate with registered suppliers and supply parts to workshop in minimum TAT
- Ensure correct documentation of all necessary documents in line with Autotrust SOP
- Ensure computerized Bills and VAT compliance
- Ensure prompt submission of required documents to finance and keep acknowledgments
Requirements
- Experience in inventory control and parts management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of VAT compliance and documentation
- Ability to maintain accurate stock levels and perform cycle counts
- Familiarity with 5S methodology

Job Purpose
