- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective clients
- Understand clients' immigration goals and recommend suitable visa and immigration programs
- Conduct consultations and provide accurate information on immigration processes
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow ups
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure a smooth client experience
- Stay updated on immigration policies, programs, and company offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration consultancy sales, visa consultancy, or similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or Arabic are an added advantage
- Candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be preferred
