Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage and oversee all human resource functions within our growing immigration and visa services business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and building a high-performing team aligned with business targets and goals.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Hire staff for roles such as visa consultants, sales executives, case processors, and admin staff
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality candidates in the immigration industry
2. Employee Management
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment
3. Performance & Target Management
- Design and monitor KPIs, targets, and performance metrics (especially for sales/processing teams)
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals
- Work closely with management to improve team productivity and accountability
4. Payroll & Compensation
- Manage payroll processing, salaries, commissions, and incentives
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
- Benchmark compensation structures to remain competitive
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain proper documentation for employees and internal audits
- Support management in legal and regulatory HR matters
6. HR Strategy & Reporting
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business growth
- Prepare HR reports (hiring, attrition, performance, etc.)
- Support leadership in workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5+ years of HR experience (experience in immigration, consultancy, or sales-driven environments preferred)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Experience with HR software/tools is a plus
