Immigration Sales Consultant

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Lead Management:** Proactively respond to and follow up on inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms in a timely and professional manner.
• **Client Consultation:** Conduct comprehensive consultations (in-person, telephonic, or virtual) to understand clients' immigration goals and personal circumstances.
• **Eligibility Assessment:** Evaluate client profiles against the latest immigration criteria for various countries and programs (e.g., Skilled Migration, Business/Investor Visas, Family Sponsorship).
• **Sales & Conversion:** Present and sell suitable immigration services, clearly explaining the processes, timelines, and associated fees. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• **Building Rapport:** Establish strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients, providing them with accurate and honest guidance.
• **Knowledge Maintenance:** Stay current with changes in immigration laws, policies, and application procedures for key destination countries.
• **Documentation & CRM:** Collect initial required documents, ensure client agreements are completed accurately, and maintain meticulous records of all interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with the case processing and legal teams to ensure a seamless handover of signed clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• **Experience:** A minimum of **1 year of direct experience** as an **Immigration Sales Consultant** or a similar role within the UAE.
• **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the immigration consultancy sector.
• **Industry Knowledge:** Strong working knowledge of popular immigration programs, particularly for Canada (Express Entry, PNPs), Australia (Skilled Migration), the UK, and the USA.
• **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• **Sales Acumen:** Proficient in sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• **Interpersonal Skills:** Must be empathetic, persuasive, and highly professional in all client interactions.
• **Tech Savvy:** Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• **Mindset:** Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in additional languages such as English ,Hindi, Urdu, is a significant advantage.
• Experience with a wider range of immigration programs.
