Position: Sales Consultant

  • As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and lease premium properties across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through networking and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and present available properties professionally.
  • Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and leasing transactions.
  • Stay up to date with Qatar's real estate market trends and property values.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to maximize business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Self motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
