About AWIN
AWIN operates a network of luxury automobile dealerships and collision centres in the Greater Toronto Area.
The Mercedes-Benz Markham dealership is seeking a Sales and Leasing Consultant.
Job Purpose
Sell and lease or finance new and pre-owned vehicles to new and existing customers.
Meet sales quota, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives consistently.
Core Accountabilities
- Build customer relationships, qualify prospects, and handle sales traffic by telephone, internet, and in person.
- Arrange trade-in appraisals, negotiations, finance-office handoffs, contracts, payments, and vehicle deliveries.
- Prospect continuously, follow up after deliveries, and maintain annual lease-maturity contacts.
- Research product changes, competitive products, and manufacturer sales, lease, and finance programs.
- Participate in meetings, training, off-site marketing initiatives, and showroom display arrangements.
- Follow applicable federal, provincial, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
Compensation
- The position is fully commission-based with no fixed base salary.
