Role Overview
The Mercedes-Benz Markham dealership is seeking a Business Development Coordinator.
The role handles service department calls, appointment booking, customer inquiries, records, and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service department calls efficiently and courteously.
- Respond to emails, telephone calls, and internet sales leads.
- Book service and sales appointments and follow up on missed appointments.
- Update customer records and maintain customer retention lists.
- Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled.
- Assist management with administrative tasks and resolve appointment discrepancies.
- Support customer mobility arrangements when appointments are booked.
- Meet or exceed monthly goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
- Experience maintaining filing systems and databases is required.
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are an asset.
- Dealership-related software experience is preferred.
