Role Overview
Seek a results-driven Business Development Executive with UAE experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
Manage client-related sales targets across freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL services.
Sales and Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business and identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Pipeline and Market Management
- Manage the sales pipeline, CRM records, and sales reports.
- Identify market trends and monitor competitor activities.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Client and Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
