Role Overview
Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care according to hospital policies and professional standards.
Assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient condition, and support doctors and the healthcare team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Record vital signs and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and families about treatment and health care.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
Qualifications
- MOH License.
- Willingness to work in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Availability to join immediately.
