- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, strategy, or management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with senior management
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- UAE experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO/Executive team in managing strategic initiatives
- Coordinate departments and track key priorities
- Ensure effective execution of business plans
- Act as the main point of contact between the family and household staff
Compensation
- AED 22,000 - AED 28,000 per month
