Promote and sell training programs, professional certifications, and learning solutions.
Identify prospects, generate leads, recommend suitable offerings, and convert opportunities into enrollments and sales.
The role requires proactive outreach, strong communication, client-needs assessment, and achievement of defined sales targets.
Sales and Business Development
- Promote training programs, professional certifications, and learning solutions.
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals, networking, databases, and other channels.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
- Recommend suitable training programs and certification pathways.
- Present program information, benefits, requirements, schedules, and pricing.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Manage follow-up through the sales cycle and work toward targets and KPIs.
Client and Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective individual and corporate clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate program and certification information.
