- Deliver tailored property presentations and basic investment consultations
- Assist clients with pricing, payment plans, rental yields, and community insights
- Support negotiation processes and help close transactions
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales procedures
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, customer service, or client facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English

About the Role
- Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated, energetic, and client focused Sales Associate – Real Estate to support buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors across Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property inquiries and conduct professional viewings
- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and maintain a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Deliver tailored property presentations and basic investment consultations
- Assist clients with pricing, payment plans, rental yields, and community insights

- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales procedures
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and strong customer service
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, customer service, or client facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation, discipline, and willingness to learn
- Ability to build trust and long term client relationships
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
