Role Description
Support sales activities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Engage customers, understand their needs, present suitable products or services, and support the process through purchase.
Contribute to sales opportunities, customer relationships, sales targets, and overall business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and understand their needs.
- Present suitable products or services and provide accurate information.
- Support the sales process from initial inquiry through purchase.
- Respond to customer questions and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain customer relationships and keep relevant records up to date.
- Identify sales opportunities, resolve customer concerns, and support sales targets.
- Work closely with the wider team to contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, listening, negotiation, and persuasion abilities are required.
- A confident and professional approach to customer engagement is required.
