Role Description
Lead initiatives that improve business performance through digital solutions, process optimization, and innovative technologies.
Assess existing processes, identify digital improvement opportunities, and develop transformation roadmaps.
Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and other stakeholders to align digital initiatives with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage transformation projects and coordinate technology-enabled solution implementation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and improve workflows.
- Support automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor project outcomes and promote digital adoption across the organization.
- Translate business challenges and requirements into practical digital solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, automation, and technology trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
