Role Description
Deliver a positive and consistent experience across customer interactions.
Respond to inquiries, understand customer needs, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-up.
Support customer satisfaction, service quality, accurate recordkeeping, and a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are required.
- A customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience is required.
