We are seeking a results-oriented **Sales Specialist** with a deep background in the **Home Appliances** industry.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our **OEM brand** portfolio.
You will bridge the gap between product development, distribution, and market execution, ensuring our brand becomes a household name in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- **Brand Management:** Lead the strategic growth of our OEM brand within the home appliances sector (MDA/SDA).
- **Distribution Strategy:** Manage relationships with key retail partners and distributors across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
- **Market Analysis:** Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences to position our OEM products effectively.
- **Sales Execution:** Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing channels.
- **Technical Liaison:** Act as the point of contact between the manufacturing principles (OEM) and the local sales force to ensure product specifications meet market needs.
Requirements
- **Industry Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in the **Home Appliances Distribution** sector.
- **OEM Knowledge:** Proven track record in managing or launching OEM/Private Label brands.
- **Market Insight:** Strong existing network within the UAE electronics and home appliance retail landscape.
- **Communication:** Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- **Location:** Must be based in or willing to commute to Abu Dhabi.
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
