- Manage daily calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails and calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Organize business meetings, events, and executive schedules
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action points to ensure timely completion
- Assist with personal errands and administrative tasks as required
- Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders professionally
- Support in office coordination and smooth day to day operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience supporting C level executives is a plus
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- UAE experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
