We are looking for
energetic and customer-focused Guest Associates & Photographers
to join an exciting tourism project at
Global Village, Dubai
.
The role combines
guest engagement, photography, customer service and sales
.
The ideal candidate should be confident approaching visitors, creating a positive guest experience and capturing memorable photographs.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Proactively approach guests and encourage them to have their photographs taken.
- Capture high-quality photographs of individuals, families and groups.
- Deliver an excellent
guest/customer experience
throughout the interaction.
- Promote photography services and support
sales/conversion targets
.
- Handle basic sales transactions and payments where required.
- Maintain a positive, energetic and professional presence throughout the shift.
- Handle photography equipment responsibly and ensure proper care.
- Work effectively in a busy, high-footfall tourism/event environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in
Photography, Customer Service, Retail Sales, Hospitality, Events, Tourism or Guest Relations
preferred.
- Basic photography and camera-handling knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing and confident personality
with the ability to proactively approach visitors.
- Customer-service and sales-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible to work
evenings, weekends, public holidays and rotational shifts
.
- Available for a
6-month contract in Dubai
.
