We are looking for an experienced and organized
Project Manager
to lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource management, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, costs, and overall performance.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, challenges, and potential delays.
- Manage scope and timeline changes while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key business partners.
- Ensure projects meet agreed quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.
- Proactively resolve issues and implement improvements based on project reviews and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Project Management.
- Strong experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as
MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet
.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
