Role Overview

  • The Sales Assistant plays a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer experience within the store.
  • Reports to the Store Manager and is tasked with maintaining high standards of cleanliness, engaging with customers, and executing operational duties.
  • Success is measured by upholding visual presentation standards, delivering exemplary customer service, and contributing to store sales and efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and non business like greeting.
  • Create a positive first impression through energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
  • Provide quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Thank all customers sincerely for shopping and invite them back.
  • Provide customers with current and relevant product information.
  • Attempt to add on to the sale by offering additional products or services.
  • Offer gift cards at the cash wrap to enhance sales.
  • Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
  • Maintain cash wrap cleanliness and ensure efficient service.
  • Capture customer information in the database to improve service and marketing efforts.
