- Prepare daily sales and collection reports for the Sales Manager
- Support in preparing quotations, reports, letters, and sales documents
- Communicate Sales Manager instructions to the sales team
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and file all sales related documents and records
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Accounts, and Logistics for order processing and delivery
- Follow up on approvals, special orders, and customer requests
- Distribute price lists and update sales information to the team
- Assist in preparing forecasts, business plans, and sales reports
- Support in resolving customer complaints and coordinating with QC when needed
Requirements
- Minimum High School degree
- Minimum 0 2 years' experience in similar and related field

Job Responsibilities & Tasks
