About the Role

- Bring OtterBox protection to life through live demos and customer conversations
- Deliver high energy training to retail associates to recommend OtterBox first
- Build trusted relationships with store associates and managers
- Drive sales performance and grow OtterBox market share across territory
- Refresh OtterBox packaging with updated branding and pricing stickers during store visits
- Ensure displays, fixtures, and point of sale materials are current and stocked
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience (wireless retail experience is a big plus)
- Proven knack for influencing purchase decisions and driving sales results
- Full time access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Self motivation and organization to manage a multi store territory independently

Overview
- As an OtterBox Sales & Training Specialist, you'll be the face of the brand on the sales floor, energizing retail teams and driving sales at major retailers.
What You'll Do
- Sell, Train & Advocate: Bring OtterBox protection to life through live demos and customer conversations.
- Deliver memorable, high energy training to retail associates.
- Put product samples in the right hands to spark interest.
- Build trusted relationships with store associates and managers.
- Own your numbers — drive sales performance and grow market share.
- Keep the Brand Retail Ready: Refresh packaging, ensure displays are current and stocked.
What You Bring
- Proven knack for influencing purchase decisions and driving sales results.
- Genuine enthusiasm for technology and consumer electronics.
- 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience (wireless retail experience is a big plus).
- Polished, engaging presence and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivation and organization to manage a multi store territory independently.
- Full time access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly.
- 15% performance incentive.
- Mileage reimbursement at full IRS rate.
