Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, present solutions, and close sales to support business growth
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital outreach, and track performance metrics
- Nurture customer relationships, provide high quality service, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver product or service presentations and training to clients
- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records, and contribute to sales strategies and revenue targets
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional writing
- Proven Customer Service experience, with ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long term client relationships
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a target driven environment
- Experience in Training, with ability to explain products, systems, or processes to clients and internal stakeholders
- Sales Management capabilities, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and collaboration on sales strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools, and familiarity with CRM platforms and basic data analysis
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a diverse, fast paced environment
- Previous telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Role Description

Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Including a 1 hour break)
