Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Facilities Manager, based in Abu Dhabi with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions.

The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of the company’s facilities, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and optimize the use of office spaces.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating facility upgrades, handling budget allocations for maintenance, and establishing processes to ensure a seamless and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Facility Management, Space Planning, and Maintenance Coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Vendor Management and Contract Negotiation
  • Knowledge of Workplace Safety Regulations and Compliance Practices
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Planning for facilities-related activities
  • Experience with technology tools for facility planning and management
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a professional or corporate environment
